FREE DELIVERY TO MOST OF THE UK.
We have simplified our Pricing Structure by giving you “FREE DELIVERY” for products going to most parts of the UK. Other Internet Bathroom companies add the price on top of the onscreen price displayed.
The exclusions to the “FREE DELIVERY” areas include Northern Ireland, The North of Scotland and The Scottish Isles, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
So…If you live in any of these areas, simply complete the order as normal and click the “PAY LATER” button and one of our team will call you back, the next working day to go through your order, discuss Delivery Costs and Delivery Arrangements and payment.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We, as a general rule, consider an item to be in stock if we physically have an item in our St Helens warehouse or our York Warehouse or is not highlighted as being out of stock in the suppliers warehouse.
We aim to deliver orders within 2 to 5 days, with a lot of our smaller items being despatched on a next day service.
Please bear in mind if your order contains multiple items, we will send the order as a complete order, if you are desperate for part of your order please give us a call and we will do our best to work around your needs.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN TO EXPECT DELIVERY?
After you place an order you will get an Automatic order confirmation email.
If your order is a smaller package and under 30kg, for example: Taps, Towel warmers, Shower Valves, Mirrors & Accessories etc., these will automatically be despatched and a Tracking number emailed together with currier details.
Don’t forget to put your mobile number in the order as this allows us to contact you about any issues and allows the currier to send you a one hour time lot on the morning of your delivery, as well as giving you the option to move delivery to a more convenient time or leave instructions to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour etc
If your order is a Larger Items: such as baths, basins, toilets, shower enclosure, furniture and multiple items etc.)
Larger and Fragile items and multiple product orders are carefully inspected and placed securely on a pallet for delivery via a pallet network company, or they get delivered via a specialist handling delivery company (…we also sometimes, deliver on our transport, if we can make a delivery run to your area). We will email or call you to let you know your goods have left us.
Someone will contact you, before delivery, to arrange a suitable delivery day. Please make sure you leave us your mobile number.
Please note, the driver will be unable to help take your order inside due to legal reasons, so we recommend that you get some help to take your order inside.
If you are not at the designated delivery address, The driver will wait for 15 minutes for you to check for any signs of damage. Please notify us of any transit damage either on the delivery note, or if there isn't time to check the items thoroughly upon delivery then within 48 hours of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights with regards to manufacturing defects and faults.
Please note: if you arrange a delivery time and you aren't there when the delivery team turn up, there will be a redelivery charge of £32 payable.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
You can collect from our Distribution Centre in St Helens. Simply select 'Collect' as you checkout, and we will call you and let you know when it's ready.
